Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final and not eligible for exchange. The exchange validity only extends on sizing for up to a week from the day of purchase. Custom orders on all personalized products are “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.

Limited Warranty (Terms and Conditions/ After Sales care for site):

ISHARYA products come with a limited one-year warranty. All pieces are handcrafted by artisans and no two pieces will ever be identical. Please handle your luxury product with care avoiding contact with perfume, chemicals, moisture and excessive temperature changes. Wood, resin and other material may get damaged, or stones may get dislodged if the piece falls, or force is applied.

We will not accept any returns if any of the aforementioned occur. We will not undertake repairs if the products have been altered or repaired outside of ISHARYA. We may not be able to undertake all repairs and reserve the right to decline to do so.

After Sales Care:

We will undertake repairs free of charge for any ISHARYA products up to one year from date of purchase for any damage due to defects in workmanship. Natural wear and tear of an item will be billed accordingly and evaluated on a case to case basis. Visit Isharya.com for terms and conditions.
