What if I am not satisfied with my order?

Isharya does not offer price adjustments. If you are not satisfied with your order, you are given 7 days to make the return in exchange for store credit, except for custom orders and sale items which cannot be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.
Exchanges will be entertained only for Indian customers. International orders are not eligible for exchange due to logistic challenges.

What materials are used in making ISHARYA designs?

Each piece of ISHARYA jewelry is handcrafted with mixed mediums and custom alloys. Every piece by ISHARYA is individually handcrafted and painstakingly quality controlled three times prior to final delivery.

Where are ISHARYA products made?

ISHARYA products are all designed in India, and are made throughout Asia in countries such as Thailand with stones primarily sourced from Jaipur.

What happens if a package is not delivered?

If a package is returned to ISHARYA as ‘undeliverable’ or due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible to pay $45 for International and applicable shipping charges for deliveries within India, to resend the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by ISHARYA will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to ISHARYA.(please confirm what is the policy in this instance)

How can I track my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Transit time is usually 3-5 working days, but it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your package. For international orders, transit time depends on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package.

What is your shipping and handling policy?

Within India: Shipping within India is free and GST is included in MRP. Your jewelry order will ship from our fulfillment center and you will receive a personalized confirmation email once the order is received. In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by one of our account executives.

Within the United States: If you are a current ISHARYA Insider, free ground shipping within the continental United States for orders over $300 will be applied to your order on www.isharya.com. If your order amount is less than $300, shipping rate as per location will apply to your order.

International Shipping: While we do not collect GST on orders shipped internationally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.
