1. What is your shipping and handling policy within United States?

If you have subscribed to our newsletter and are a current ISHARYA Insider, free ground shipping within the continental United States for orders over $75 will be applied to your order on www.isharya.com. If your order amount is less than $75, a discounted shipping rate of $6 will apply to your order. 

Your jewelry order will ship from our warehouse in Singapore and you will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details.

If you order a personalized acrylic clutch, a $40 shipping and handling charge will be added to your total since it ships from India when it is ready.

We accept payment by credit card and paypal. For those cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, please ensure that the billing and shipping address match.

In the event an item is sold out, you will be notified by one of our account executives.

A gift box option is available during checkout for $3. 

Sales tax will be charged for orders shipping within California.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  If your order is over $95, we are pleased to offer a special discounted rate of $30 on Isharya.com orders shipped outside of the continental United States. If your order amount is less than $95, a discounted shipping rate of $50 will apply to your order. For orders shipping to Singapore from our Singapore warehouse, a $10 shipping fee will apply.

Your jewelry order will ship from our Singapore warehouse and you will receive a personalized confirmation email with tracking details. Transit time to your country is usually 3-5 days, but it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your package depending on the time it takes the customs office in your country to clear your package.  

While we do not collect any sales tax on orders shipped internationally, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any customs or duties imposed by the recipient’s country. Each country has different policies for purchases made outside of their country and unfortunately, we cannot forecast or control these fees and how long it takes to clear the package.

If a package is returned to ISHARYA as 'un-deliverable' or due to an in-correct address, you will be responsible to pay $45 to re-send the package. If you refuse a package or the package is returned to sender, the full shipping cost paid by ISHARYA will be deducted from your return, in addition to any other fees imposed by the shipping carrier to ISHARYA. 

 

3. What is your cancellation and return policy?

Isharya strives to offer you high quality premium costume jewelry at reasonable prices. You may cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing for any reason.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have seven (7) days to return it for a full refund and fourteen (14) days to return in exchange for store credit, with the exception of custom orders and sale items which cannot be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. We will not accept returns on broken or cracked wood or resin items.

Jewelry purchased on sale or discount is "final sale". Isharya does not offer price adjustments.

Personalized clutch orders are "final sale" and are not eligible for returns or price adjustments.

Please call or email Isharya for a return authorization number ("RMA#") before sending any return, as returns will not be processed without prior approval. 


4. How do I care for the jewelry?

Isharya jewelry is handcrafted by artisans and is made upon order with materials available at the time. As such, no two pieces will ever look alike. Please handle with care and store in its own soft cloth pouch.

Wood and resin items: Please avoid excessive force to prevent cracking or breakage. If force is applied on the piece or falls on the ground, there is a possibility that the material will crack, break, or stones will get dislodged. We will not accept any returns if any of these events occur.

To maintain its luster and remove dryness/dullness on the wood and resin items, apply a small amount of baby oil with a soft cloth or cotton swab and let it dry for a couple of hours before wearing. Isharya jewels are handcrafted with natural and synthetic materials. If handled with care, the piece will last.
