You can order any item from the online product catalog with the easy to use shopping cart. To purchase an item, just click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. You can then continue to shop or you can complete the order by providing the shipping and billing details in the Paypal window. The payments for all orders are made using Paypal. At anytime, you can click on the "View Cart" button to see the current products in your shopping cart. Here you can remove products from the shopping cart and / or change product quantities.
ISHARYA offers custom orders of any item featured in its online catalog and helps you make informed decisions to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you desire to custom order an item, please specify your preferences in an email to info@isharya.com. Upon receipt of your email, our design consultants will contact you to initiate the custom order process. Once your desired specifications have been confirmed, you will be provided with a quote and delivery information.
ISHARYA can also design a unique piece just for you, or make a piece according to your design, specifications and budget.

Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to California.
Items available for immediate shipment (2-4 days) will have and IN STOCK notation in the product description and will ship. accordingly. All other items are be made to order and will ship in 4-6 weeks.
All items are shipped via Fedex Express Saver for easy tracking. There is a flat $9.95 shipping and handling fee added to every U.S. based order. Please contact us if you would like expedited or alternate shipping methods. Additional charges may apply.
All international orders require an additional $15 to process. If you are an international customer, please proceed to complete your order online, and we will contact you with details on how to remit the additional shipping charge.
We strive to offer you reasonable priced, fabulous and high quality items. Orders for any item may be cancelled within 24 hours upon placing your order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return it for a full refund and 14 days to return in exchange for store credit, with the exception of custom orders and sale items which cannot be returned or exchanged. Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Please call, email or send a fax to us before returning any item because returns will not be processed without prior approval and authorization number.
